Service Description

This workout alternates segments of cardio and weight training. Simple, yet challenging moves that maximize calorie burning by raising and lowering your heart rate. A great workout for all fitness levels. Please bring weights to class! You will receive a punch card for 7 visits. Instructors Mon/Michele Wed/Maria

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations: Maria Marino's Fitness Pros reserves the right to cancel a class/program due to low enrollment or circumstances arising out of its control or any mandates pertaining to Government demands and restrictions. If a program is cancelled all registrants will be notified and will receive a full refund. Class Refund Policy Refunds will be honored through the first-class meeting. If the refund is requested as a credit, which can be used toward future classes of their choice the entire amount paid will be credited. If the original payment method was by check, a refund will not be processed until two weeks have passed from the date when the check was originally presented for payment. Refund checks will be mailed within 3 weeks. If the original payment method was by credit card, the refund will be processed as a credit back to the card. To cancel or reschedule a Personal Training/Group Training session please notify us 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund.
